What we offer

How we help.

ABA, speech, and the parent-side work that makes both stick. Pick one or pick all three — your child's plan is built from what they actually need.

ABA Therapy

One-on-one therapy that builds skills your child will actually use — communication, daily living, school readiness — at a pace that fits how they learn.

Speech Therapy

Speech-language work delivered with our sister practice next door. Articulation, language, fluency, feeding — under one roof, same team.

Parent Coaching

We sit with you, not just your child. Strategies you can actually use at the dinner table, the grocery store, and the bathtub.

How it works

Here's how it goes.

Three simple steps from first hello to first session. Nothing mysterious — and nothing locked in until you've seen what we'd do.

  1. Step 01

    Free consultation

We get on the phone for 15 minutes. You tell us about your child and what you're trying to figure out. We tell you straight whether ABA, Speech, or a mix of both is a fit — no pressure either way.

  2. Step 02

    Evaluation

A BCBA spends real time with your child — playing, watching, asking questions. By the end of it we know what your child loves, where they're stuck, and what would actually move the needle.

  3. Step 03

    Personalized therapy plan

We write a plan built around your child and your family — not a worksheet. You see it, weigh in, and adjust it with us. Nothing starts until it feels right to you.

Why families pick us

What parents tell us they love.

Some of this is how we're wired. Some of it is what families have asked us to keep doing.

  • We work with your child's brain — not against it.

We don't teach masking. Stimming is communication, not a behavior to extinguish. Goals come from how your child is actually wired.

  • Speech + ABA, same team

Both teams in the same building, talking to each other. Your child's plan is one plan — not two plans that don't know about each other.

  • Real parent updates

You hear from us — real updates, not a portal you have to log into. If something changes, you find out before the next session.

  • No two children, no two plans

Goals come from your family, your child's actual life, and what would matter most this month — not a copy-paste curriculum.

  • A clinic children look forward to

A space built for children, with people who love what they do. Most of the children we work with end up wanting to come back.

A note from the founders

Hi — we're Lorena & Levi.

Speech Castle started because we couldn't find a place that treated children the way we wanted ours to be treated — kindly, patiently, and with people who actually saw them.

Lorena is a speech-language pathologist with her Master's from Yeshiva University. Her clinical training includes PROMPT, LSVT LOUD, DIR Floortime, and AAC, and her focus is on supporting children with autism, ADHD, and the communication challenges that shape daily life.

Levi is our Head RBT — he works directly with families and helps lead the clinical team alongside Lorena. He brings energy, patience, and a collaborative spirit to every child he works with.

A little extra is what we try to bring to every family who walks through our door. Thanks for being here — whatever your child needs, we'd love to meet you.

Common questions

Questions parents ask first.

If your question isn't here, the consultation is the place to ask. No question is too basic.

You don't have to navigate this alone.

Wherever your family is starting from, we'll meet you there — from the very first call to the first session and beyond. Whether you'd like to begin with a quick consultation or start by checking your insurance benefits, both are meaningful first steps forward.
