These Terms of Service apply to speechcastleabanj.com and the staff training portal at /portal. The site is operated by Speech Castle ABA, a New Jersey ABA therapy practice located at 457 Hwy 79, Morganville, NJ 07751.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What this site is and isn't
The marketing pages are informational. They describe our services, how we practice, and how to get in touch. The information here is not medical, clinical, or legal advice. If you need a clinical recommendation for your child, that has to come from a qualified clinician — including, often, our team after a real assessment.
The training portal at /portal is invite-only and meant exclusively for current and prospective Speech Castle ABA staff. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
Internal training program
Speech Castle ABA's onboarding program is an internal staff-training program. Completion of the program — including the issued certificate — is for internal qualification within Speech Castle ABA only. The onboarding program is not BACB-accredited. Completion is not a substitute for BACB-issued Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or any other external credential.
The onboarding program does not reproduce content from VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or any other proprietary assessment. Where these tools are referenced, lessons describe their concept and use only.
Forms, content, and accuracy
The contact and careers forms collect the information you choose to provide. We don't collect protected health information through this site — please don't share clinical or medical details. See our Privacy Policy for retention, deletion, and other handling specifics.
We try to keep the content here current and accurate, but this is the public-facing version of a real practice — operating details (insurance accepted, hours, service area) can change. Reach out before relying on a specific detail for a major decision.
Acceptable use
Don't do any of the following:
- Attempt to access the staff portal without an invitation
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest the site beyond reasonable bot use
- Attempt to interfere with availability of the site or its underlying services
- Submit false or misleading information through any form on the site
- Reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose onboarding training content outside of Speech Castle ABA
Intellectual property
All site content, brand assets (the Speech Castle ABA logo and mark), original training material, marketing copy, photography, and design are owned by Speech Castle ABA or licensed for our use. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without prior written consent. References to third-party assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) are nominative — those works belong to their respective rights holders.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speech Castle ABA disclaims all warranties — express or implied — regarding the site, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speech Castle ABA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This limitation does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
