One clinic, with the flexibility of in-home support when it makes sense.
Most services take place at our Morganville clinic, a space intentionally designed around how children learn, play, and connect best. We bring support directly to your family when practicing skills at home would be more meaningful or effective.
A space designed for children — with support that extends beyond our walls.
Clinic-Based Care
Sessions take place at our Morganville clinic — a child-centered environment thoughtfully designed to support learning, communication, and growth. With the right materials, structure, and consistency in place, children can build skills in a setting created specifically for them.
- Individualized 1:1 sessions in a warm, child-friendly clinic environment
- A structured, low-distraction setting that supports focused learning and skill development.
Home-Based Care
Sessions take place in your child's everyday environment — where routines, relationships, and real-life moments naturally happen. When practicing skills at home will be the most meaningful and effective approach, we bring support directly to you.
- Naturalistic teaching woven into your child's daily routines and environment
- Direct support for everyday skills like mealtimes, transitions, and play.
Programs designed around your child's age, stage, and real-life goals.
Every child's needs look different. Instead of following a one-size-fits-all curriculum, we tailor support around the skills that matter most to your child and family right now.
Early Intervention
Support for young children ages 2–5, focused on building the foundations that shape everything that follows — communication, play, connection, emotional regulation, and daily routines.
School-Age Support
Programs for elementary and middle school-aged children, with goals that may include social connection, executive functioning, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, academic readiness, and independence.
Parent Coaching
Progress doesn't stop when sessions end. We work directly with parents and caregivers so the strategies that help during therapy can carry over naturally into everyday life at home.
A Typical Session
Every session is individualized to your child, but the overall flow stays intentional and predictable. Here's what a typical session often includes:
Connection & Regulation
We start by building trust and connection — following your child's lead, creating comfort, and making sure they feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn. Relationship comes first.
Skill Building Through Play
Teaching happens through short, meaningful interactions woven naturally into play and daily activities. Goals may focus on communication, social connection, emotional regulation, independence, academics, or daily living skills — depending on your child's plan.
Practice Across Environments
Children learn best when skills can carry over beyond one moment or activity. We practice using skills across different toys, settings, people, and situations so they become more flexible and functional in everyday life.
Parent Debrief
Each session ends with a collaborative handoff — what we worked on, what we noticed, and practical strategies you can continue using at home during the week.
Our BCBAs regularly observe sessions, review progress data, and meet with families consistently to make sure goals stay meaningful, effective, and aligned with your child's needs.
Most insurance plans cover ABA services, and we'll help you understand exactly what your plan includes.
ABA therapy is covered by many New Jersey insurance plans, including Medicaid, though coverage details and out-of-pocket costs can vary. Before anything moves forward, we verify your benefits, explain what's covered, and walk you through any expected costs clearly and transparently — so you can make decisions with real information, not guesswork.

Don't See Your Insurance Plan?
This list doesn't include every plan we work with. Reach out to us, and we'll verify your benefits before any decisions are made.
If Insurance Doesn't Cover Services
If your plan has limited benefits or no coverage, we'll talk through flexible payment options and help find an arrangement that works for your family.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Even if we're considered out-of-network with your insurance, you may still have coverage available. We'll help you understand your options and navigate the details.
You don't have to navigate this alone.
Wherever your family is starting from, we'll meet you there — from the very first call to the first session and beyond. Whether you'd like to begin with a quick consultation or start by checking your insurance benefits, both are meaningful first steps forward.
