Build Your Career With a Team That Invests in You
We're a growing ABA practice in Morganville focused on thoughtful, high-quality care for children and families.
We hire RBTs and BCBAs who genuinely care about doing meaningful work — and we support them with strong onboarding, mentorship, ongoing training, and a collaborative team environment designed to help clinicians grow with confidence.
Three Roles. One Supportive Team.
No matter where you are in your career, you'll be supported here. We believe in structured onboarding, meaningful supervision, manageable caseloads, and helping clinicians grow long-term.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Provide direct, one-on-one therapy with children while receiving consistent supervision, hands-on training, and guided onboarding through our apprenticeship-style support model.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Design and oversee individualized treatment programs, supervise and mentor RBTs, and collaborate closely with families — all within a caseload structure built for quality care and sustainability.
Trainee / RBT Track
Not certified yet? We're open to training the right people. For strong candidates, we provide guidance and support throughout the RBT certification process from start to finish.

Training Built Around Real Learning — Not Just Checklists
Too many ABA practices hand new hires a stack of paperwork and expect them to figure the rest out on their own. We take a different approach.
Every new RBT and BCBA at Speech Castle goes through The Apprenticeship — our structured 8–10 week internal training program designed around mentorship, hands-on experience, and meaningful supervision.
Instead of rushing people into sessions unprepared, we focus on what actually builds strong clinicians: guided support, real case experience, feedback you can use, and the time needed to learn this work thoughtfully and confidently.
- Week 1
Orientation
You'll meet your supervisor from day one. The first week is focused on foundations — understanding how we practice ABA, how sessions are structured, and how we support families at Speech Castle.
You'll learn directly from experienced BCBAs through real case discussions, guided training, and hands-on support. We don't believe in "figuring it out alone."
- Weeks 2–6
Learning & Training
Our internal onboarding curriculum runs alongside supervised observation and shadowing experiences.
Training is structured across multiple levels and covers the clinical, ethical, and practical skills needed to do this work thoughtfully and confidently. Progress is based on demonstrated understanding and readiness — not simply checking boxes or completing timelines.
- Weeks 4–10
Guided Practice
You'll begin working alongside senior RBTs and BCBAs during real sessions — starting with observation, moving into co-led sessions, and gradually taking on more responsibility with ongoing support.
Training moves at the pace of your growth and readiness, never just the calendar.
- Week 8 and Beyond
Independent Caseload With Ongoing Support
As you transition into managing your own caseload, you'll continue receiving regular supervision, mentorship, and access to BCBA support whenever needed.
We believe strong clinicians are built through guidance, collaboration, and trust — not by throwing people into the deep end before they're ready.
What Makes The Apprenticeship Different
Structured, Not One-Size-Fits-All
Every new hire starts with the same strong foundation — shared training, clear expectations, and consistent checkpoints. From there, the experience adapts to your strengths, learning style, and areas for growth.
Real Clinical Experience
Training happens alongside real sessions and real clinical work. You'll observe experienced BCBAs and RBTs, participate in actual cases, and learn through hands-on experience — not endless hypothetical roleplay.
Growth at Your Pace
Some skills take time to develop, and that's okay. We move based on readiness and understanding, not arbitrary timelines. If you need more support in one area, we slow down. If you're ready to advance, we move forward with you.
Collaborative Supervision
Your supervising BCBA is there to mentor and support you — not just evaluate you. We encourage questions, discussion, and ongoing collaboration, with regular supervision, office hours, and accessible support built into the process.
26 Topics. 3 Levels. Built for Real Clinical Readiness.
The Apprenticeship includes a structured in-house training curriculum designed to prepare new team members for confident, ethical, and thoughtful clinical work.
The program is divided into three levels — Foundations, Intermediate, and Advanced/Clinical — and covers the core concepts, skills, and expectations every RBT or BCBA at Speech Castle needs before working independently.
Each topic includes knowledge checks and written responses reviewed by an actual BCBA — not automated grading. Progression is based on understanding and clinical readiness, not simply completing modules.
The goal isn't to “weed people out.” It's to make sure every clinician feels prepared, supported, and confident before stepping into independent sessions with children and families.
Certificate of Completion
Team members who complete the program receive a certificate recognizing successful completion of our internal onboarding and training process.
While this is not a replacement for BACB-accredited RBT certification, it reflects the clinical standards, training, and preparation expected of every member of our team.
Internal onboarding programs do not replace BACB-accredited certification requirements for RBT credentialing.
