Lorena is the lead speech-language pathologist and owner of Speech Castle. She earned her M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology at Yeshiva University and specializes in autism, ADHD, and tongue ties — with additional training in PROMPT, DIR Floor Time, AAC, and LSVT LOUD.

With more than 20 years of experience, TJ brings deep clinical expertise across the lifespan — from early childhood through adulthood. His background in social work and applied behavior analysis shapes a compassionate, evidence-based approach to care.

A strong advocate for families, TJ designs individualized, person-centered treatment plans and partners closely with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams — always working to help each client reach their full potential.

Angela has an impressive 24-year history of managing a speech therapy private practice. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice. Her extensive background in administration and organization ensures our office runs smoothly, providing the best support for our therapists and clients.

In addition to her professional experience, Angela has many years of experience working with children in schools, further enriching her understanding of the needs of families and children. Her dedication and warm approach make her an invaluable asset to our team.
